DRC-1981

Well, AWA didn't happen. Financial issues came up right at the last minute and instead I spent a wonderful, relaxing, productive, fun weekend with my boy. Unfortunately this means I still have any new cosplay photos to post. Hopefully now that the weather is becoming a little less sweltering, I can set up a cosplay shoot in the next few weeks.

First Dragon*Con: Achievement unlocked! I went up to Atlanta with :devthe-peppermind-kid: to spend Sunday at the con. Although I had a great time and saw some awesome things (and amazing cosplayers), he didn't have the greatest time. But we decided to recover what we could of the weekend and drove back up on Monday to be there for the last few hours. I got to see a couple of friends I haven't seen since last year's DC (when I drove up just to have dinner with some family and friends). And omigosh, have I mentioned the amazing cosplayers? The scheduled cosplay shoot didn't come off this weekend due to weather and health issues, but it's ok because I got to spend the whole weekend with my favorite person in the whole world. Photography may be a passion, but it's not my life - he is. I couldn't have asked for anything to make this weekend better, except that it wouldn't have ended.
